From the Tropics to the Alps: An Intimate Elopement in Hallstatt & Gosau

A couple from Singapore and Malaysia chose the iconic lakeside town of Hallstatt, often called “a postcard from heaven,” for their elopement in Austria’s Lake District. We also drove them 20 minutes to the nearby hidden gem of Gosau, a private sanctuary framed by the region’s highest peak, Dachstein. Surrounded by untouched snow-covered meadows, the charming church, Hallstatt Lake, and the majestic Alps, they embarked on an intimate two-person elopement, while we documented every fleeting moment in both photographs and cinematic films.
